Cristina Cairo holds a degree in Physical Education from Osec College (Fefisa) and a bachelor's degree in Psychology from FMU University, with several specializations in Chinese and Egyptian Medicine (she has Egyptian descent). She began studying Oriental Philosophy at the age of 13. She is trained in Parapsychology by AMORC. She took courses at Sinapsi and Print, schools of neuro-linguistic programming.

Cristina Cairo worked as an actress and presenter at SBT television network from 1982 to 1999. Between 1995 and 1997, she was the producer and presenter of the programs “Energia de Mulher” and “Mexa-se” on the Women’s Television Network, now known as RedeTV. In 2001, she coordinated and presented the program “Linguagem do Corpo” on São Paulo channel of TVA. Additionally, from 1999 to 2018, she also presented the same program on Radio Mundial (95.7 FM), which is now Radio Vibe Mundial.

In addition to her role as a presenter, Cristina Cairo conducts courses and lectures on quality of life through Body Language, adapted for different audiences such as Physical Educators, Doctors, Psychologists, Psychoanalysts, Lawyers, Police Officers, Teachers, adolescents, parents of students, and religious groups. She also studies Astronomy and Astrology to reintegrate them and thus uncover the truth about human origin.

Since the release of her first book, “Linguagem do Corpo (vol. 1) – Aprenda a ouvir seu corpo para uma vida saudável” in 1999, the author has assisted thousands of people. In 2001, she founded the Brazilian Institute of Body Language, now known as the Brazilian School of Body Language and Psychoanalysis Cristina Cairo. The school offers lectures and courses on Body Language for Self-Healing and Body Aesthetics, as well as courses in Meditation and professional training in Psychoanalysis, conducted by her team of teachers. Additionally, there are lectures covering various topics for personal development. The school has a team of therapists in the fields of Psychology, Psychoanalysis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Hypnosis, Kirlian Photography, Astrology, Numerology, and Body Language, providing students and patients with an elevation of consciousness. Over the years, Cristina Cairo has held thousands of events in Brazil and Europe.
